The ice cream was tasty but the customer service wasn't that good. The lady who served us these ice cream was a bit rude and has no manner when she has to be. That would be my first and last time to be here. Keep up your bad customer service. Bye.
We had a scoop of the cookies and cream flavour and I was pretty underwhelmed by it. It didn't really taste that great, and I feel it's pretty overpriced. From memory, a scoop starts at around $6 or $7.
Great spot, convenient location along the walk way, so it'll attract people walking by and on the inside of crown. The vanilla bean was creamy and tasted great, I really enjoyed the passion fruit gelato, it was just a little disappointing that it had chunks of ice in it, like it's been built up over time.
AVOID the gelato stall outside. I got served and ice coffee that tasted sour like yogurt. The coffee in the churner was OFF. Got the replacement but without any kind of apology and cost almost $8. We also order gelato, blueberry ice lushie which were disappointing. NEVER AGAIN.

Delicious almond croissant! Best deal for coffee in this overpriced coffee town. 6.90 for a large coffee and giant pastry. Located on the beautiful riverwalk.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Came here on holiday from Brisbane and ordered some pastries from this place which where way overpriced for what they where. We ran out of water after trying to wash down the food and asked the staff for fill up our water bottle. One of the staff told us they wouldn’t fill it up as it was “house policy” and another just “no” in the most arrogant tone! even though they had 2 sinks behind the count They then tried to make us pay $5 for a bottle of water instead! When we said no and went elsewhere to get water, we saw the staff chatting, then pointing and laughing at us! It was the worse customer service experience I have ever had! It really left a bad tase in our mouth, literally! NEVER EAT HERE! It will ruin your day!
Gelato is good, but don’t like it’s lemon pie
It was really disappointing to be told that they couldn't fill my babies bottle with tap water so I could wash her dummy. I had already ordered cakes and coffee, and I really felt like cancelling the order and ordering somewhere else, a little more accommodating. It's the first time in 5 1/2 years of having kids I've been refused water. I found it quite unbelievable in fact.
Ordered coffee and pastry combo for $7.50. Coffee took a long time to make - only 1 staff member seemed to be making multiple coffee orders while other staff were idle. Pastry was very cold refrigerator temperature. Not a great experience.
