Amanda from the shop offered me very warm and friendly service. The price is also very competitive and the convenient location is an obvious plus too for people like me working in or close to the city. I got my wife's glasses fixed and a new pair of my own glasses done in around half an hour. Also got the voucher for next time visit. Such an awesome place. $180 and you own a pair of glasses. And did I mention in half n hour?. Yup, you read that right. As their website promotes all their spectacles are delivered in 30 minutes or under unlike many other big brands who ask you to wait for weeks. A cozy place with lots of models to choose from. All their products are top notch and come with 1 year replacement warranty as well. I was served my Venesse who was very helpful and informative about all their products and services. She was patient enough even after I tried on my 50th pair. All aside you also get a $80 voucher to redeem on your next purchase. Would recommend to any one.
Exceptional service experience. I m very pleased with the service and glasses. Very pretty frames and a wide variety to choose from. Both ladies are very good at recommending good frames to suit you. This is my fourth pair and fifth pair after many years as my eye sight has changed. Its a shame they are closing down. I m a returning customer. Their glasses are decent prices too and good quality. If they have your prescription lenses on the spot they can give you your glasses in just 30 mins. Thats right. Cant get it anywhere else. Amanda offered me very exceptional customer service experience at the Melbourne CBD store - lonsdale st store. Always a beautiful smile on her face. What a shame this store is closing down. I want to return to you again for my new pair of glasses in the future.
Very friendly staff. Got 1.67 thickness glasses at -3.75 power for $244 with the frames whereas OPSM and specsavers want $320 just for the glasses. Also claimed this under medibank instantly. Suggest you pay a visit here if you haven't already been
Got a quote to change my lenses from CAL and got a very very reasonable quote.. Much cheaper than the big named stores with better service and on the spot 30minute change... Great experience overall!!
