Story

Cairo Cafe is a proudly owned WA business. It is a family owned Middle Eastern authentic food heaven. The combined culture and experience of its founders promises those who are passionate about authentic food an unforgettable nutrition experience. Cairo Cafe was found by a group of class mates who grow up alongside the famous Nile River of Egypt. In 2006, founders chose Australia as their destination to show class their magic and expose other cultures to their food at this uniquely multicultural spot on Earth. Their first business started in the beautiful Kimberly region WA in Derby in late 2012. Cairo Cafe has also been operating in Broome since mid 2014 and Canning Vale since mid 2016.

Cairo’s menu is all about healthy (yet delicious) nutrition. It has a large variety from home made traditional Mediterranean dishes to strictly authentic Middle eastern cuisine. Vegetarians and vegans will also have numerous options to choose from on the menu, in addition a number of gluten free dishes.

Had a very bad experience on the food. It was not cooked well. One can see the pics. The meat was very hard. Disappointed
I had the worst experience ordering a Chicken Biryani with Chicken Skewers and two meatboxes which cost me $75. The skewers were burnt because they do not use charcoal to grill the chicken but Re-heat already cooked chicken on the hotplate. Salad was old. The lady taking order was friendly, but the cook from the back was very rude and said this is how they cook and he didn't care about my concern. Will never order or suggest this place to anyone. It used to serve quality fresh food, but with the change of its ownership it seems they just want you to pay for the rubbish.
Last night my family and I stopped by for a quick bite and the food was top-notch! We filled the table with food and everything was 10/10. Shout out to Khalid, he made sure everything's on point, he's definitely the reason why we'll come back again! Highly recommend this place.
Delicious. Well presented, 5-stars customer service.
Me and my hubby dined in at this place on a Saturday night. Highly recommend this place if you want to try some delectable and appetising Middle Eastern food. However, the staffs could be more friendlier and approachable. Overall I still recommend this place for some good food.
We have have been dining at Cairo cafe for 5 years but the last 3 times we have ordered food we have been disappointed with the quality of the food. We ordered the kebab pizza and it was drenched with oil , the mix plater box used to come with 4 skewer but now it’s been reduced to 3 for the same price and the lamb skewer had 3 pieces of lamb meat for $7 what a rip off! Never again will I be going back! You have lost a loyal customer!
Ordered prawn pizza and charcoal chicken from them.. received only the charcoal chicken. Contacted Uber eats and the delivery guy said that he only received the charcoal chicken. Called the cafe and the person answering the phone kept me waiting for 10min first , then asked me to pick up the pizza myself. When I said I cannot, I want it to be delivered since I paid the delivery and the service fee 10$, he again asked me to wait for 10min. At last he asked me to pick it up myself. I went there to pick up and said that it was disappointing on their part to do so, he completely refused that it was not their fault. The guy was rude, arrogant and not ready to accept mistake. Totally disappointing and last but not the least it was my first and last experience with them.
Usually go to the Cannington one however we tried Canning Vale last night as it's closer to home. Food was delicious, will be coming to this one from now on. Ordered Chicken Shish platter and Mixed Platter, coriander potatoes and the kids $700 nuggets. An amusing typo on the menu. Would definitely recommend.
Our family had an early-ish dinner here tonight and beat the dinner crowd which meant shorter waiting time for our food to be served. We came here a few months ago and the place was packed so it took awhile for our orders to arrive. Place was very clean, staff was very friendly and welcoming and more importantly, food was flavourful and amazing . We ordered some vegetarian/vegan platters and a bowl of Fuul described as Egyptian style Fava beans to share and a Supreme pizza for takeaway. Prices were quite reasonable.
Crazy busy but the food came rather quickly which was great. But the venue was freezing as the doors had to remain open due to Covid19 regulations. The spicy prawns were great and the lamb shawarma was okay. We couldn't enjoy it as we just wanted to get out due to the cold. Will come back on a warmer time.
