Wow, I have lived in Cairns most my life, moved away for 12 years came back to visit came here with some people and had the best time. As a 50 plus year old had the best fun on the track. Also did lazer tag, while it was good especially since we had a lot of people with us. Staff were great, really good day out and package deal was good value!

We had our sons birthday party here last weekend. All the kids and adults loved Laser Tag. They gave us an air conditioned room for free to have the party, and we could watch the laser tag on TV in the room. Best place for any sort of party... Highly recommend!
I booked the go-karts for my partners 30th and unfortunately had a very poor experience. I had a great experience with staff through the booking process itself, with positive tone and rates communicated to me clearly. However, leading up to the event life happened and the size of my group booking did decrease from 20+ to 10-15 people. I did try to openly communicate with the staff, but on the morning of my event a staff member phoned to confirm how many races/ what packages my group would do. I couldn't confirm exactly, but did clearly state that at least 10 people would race accumulating at least $400 for our hour booking. My group turned up at 12:50pm and I went in to book 2 x races for 12 people as it turned out more people wanted to race multiple times then originally anticipated. Upon approaching the counter I was told that the races were fully booked until 3pm despite my reservation of a time-slot from 1-2pm. I was told that because I was 'too vague' on the phone that walk-ins were allowed to take the spot of my reservation, which I found extremely rude yes the customer is not always right but perhaps reflect on your 'people skills'. I found this to be extremely disheartening and highly unprofessional. What is the point of having a booking system if this is not going to be upheld? Might I suggest that if you were concerned about losing revenue on the day then surely a better system might be to ask for a minimum spend for an hour booking. As I said we had every intention of still turning up and giving you business, and really wouldn't of minded racing with some walk-ins. I do apologise for not having the clarity of clearer numbers but I won't be recommending your service to anyone. Thankfully the golf course was able to salvage the day and prevented our guests from being put out.
We did the excape room. Hard work, but got most done. By the end it was the 2d thinking that made us run out of time. Thanks team for being so friendly. Easy online booking also available
Surprisingly amazing laser tag arena with 2 level playing field, 11/10 would do again and recommend to everyone.
Go Karting might be one of the best experiences you can have. The carts are great, staff are friendly, but it is a little pricey. If you can afford it, it's heaps of fun for birthday parties or even just the family.
We were asked several times if we were locals after providing proof. Tim even asked my children what school they went to & wanted to sight their school ID. I find him to be completely rude & arrogant. I’m all for supporting local business but that is the last time i’ll be taking my family to this establishment again.
