Have been going here for a few years - prices are always inconsistent but normally still reasonable. Last visit was quoted over $100 more for my car which was no dirtier than any other visit, told the woman politely no thanks the price has gone up too much only to be spoke to rudely by her and other staff. They have definitely lost a regular customer, I won’t be going back

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff. Last time it was $80 for a wash and vacuum after a camping trip so there was a bit of grass etc which was understandable, now I go when it’s not even half as bad and it’s $120 for only a vacuum.  I told her it’s a rip off and how can she even justify that. Then a young kid who works there comes up and gets in my face telling me that what do I expect and was quiet aggressive and trying to get in my face.  Stay away from this place and go to Cairns car wash cafe on Reservoir road Manoora.  Half the price and amazing staff who are always happy to help.Service:&nbsp;Vacuuming

Despite having a service price list they make up the price. Wanted to charge $130 for basic outside wash and vacuum  $70 of a relatively clean car. When questioned they stated that it was a starting price

Disgusting attitude and service. They were so rude when I pulled in and then over quoted. I told her I can get it done for half that price somewhere else and she said "go there then". I read the bad reviews but thought I would try and chance it. NO WAY they will get any money from me!!

So rude and I don’t know how this place is still in business. I asked for the advertised $50 in and out basic wash. The lady said it would be $180! I asked why and she said it’s because your car is dirty my car is a garaged city car! When I laughed in disbelief then she proceeded to shout in my face to go away and “f off”. Cairns Central you need to do something about the behaviour of this business.

So RUDE, quoted 2 1/2 times the price written on the board. So I questioned this and was thrown my keys back and told to go elsewhere. Maybe I’m stupid? But quoted $180.00 for a standard clean I feel I have a right to question. I was also trying to understand the different types of cleaning and detailing, then was ganged up by two people yelling at me. I would have paid the money if they had the patience, but I was being screened at by two of them, and never once given the chance to get my questions answered. Extremely rude. I did get my car cleaned elsewhere and it was a pleasure, and also got 1/2 the price.

Got quoted $450 to clean the inside of my ute. Don't get me wrong, the cab was dusty as after camping, but $450 is a joke. The price was increased because the car was dirty but it's a car wash... people don't take clean cars to a car wash.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff, how do you expect to get customers if you talk to people like that.

Quoted more than advertised price. Asked why & rather than them just explaining that they thought the car was particularly dirty & so would cost more, the lady I was speaking to became agitated, started raising her voice then called one of the young males over who spoke pretty aggressively to me. Pretty unsettling experience. Will be keeping a wide berth from this place.

Unfriendly customer service and quoted more than double the price on the board. I understand that is the starting price but it must be for a car that is already clean
