Dealing with Family Law Firms would not be something described as joyful in any circumstances but the following elements impressed me with Cahill and Rowe; Family Law:

- Understood my personal objectives early and assisted in cost measuring.
- Had extensive notes covering personal circumstances.
- Was understanding of personal financial situation and keeping costs down.
- An honest and empathetic approach to my unique situation and open minded to the circumstances.
- Always encouraged to ask questions if I was unsure.
- Updated me when needed and not unnecessarily; keeping contact costs to a minimum.

Dealt with Mairead. Lovley lady, came in about 1k less than was quoted.

In 30 years of dealing with lawyers I haven’t seen a worse lawyer. They failed to give me crucial advice and when I asked several times for an explanation why, I was told by Paul Cahill that he was happy with the service his firm performed. Their arrogance and customer service is unbelievable. I eventually went to a Melbourne law firm that did the job properly and cheaper. Save your money, go elsewhere.
