An abundant variety of decent mid-price-range brunches. Food was delicious. Staff were friendly. As compared to traditional all day brekkies with restricted and often boring combinations, this cafe provides a great range of choices with different finishes to suit all demands of your taste buds and inner unspoken cravings. It offers indoor and outdoor seatings. The outside can be a bit chilly over winters with no heater. Apart from that, I found it quite enjoyable spending 2 hours here catching up with friends.
My go to place for my daily coffee.. coffee is amazing and the food is always quick and tasty! The employees and boss are just beautiful! A big shout out to Jackie who always welcomes us with a big smile and always goes above and beyond to make our experience extra special.. she makes amazing coffee and always likes to chat to my son.. he is always talking about Jackie at Cherry beans! Thanks Cafe Cherry beans.. one very happy family here
Im not usually one to complain about service as I have previously worked in hospitality and I know the pressures of the job. But in saying that, the service and experience was negative from the start. Usually coffees come out well before the food does, it was not brought out till about 5 minutes before our food and that was after we had to remind them we were waiting on the coffees. The food took over 45 minutes to come out and the orders were simple, no changes to the menu. Something that should take 20 minutes during peak time took far too long especially considering it was hardly even peak time. To top it off, the staff were significantly untrained, even after giving clear instructions, repeated instructions, they still got the order wrong. We will not be going back there again. and my poached eggs were hard as a rock lol if I could have given no stars I would have.
Everytime we visit this cafe, there has been excellent service and great food. I understand all the complaints were about peak hour, but honestly give them a chance to improve themselves. We visit on mostly non peak hours, and have never had an issue. Stanhope is a place busy with mostly school children and families so I can understand the pressures. Good job on handling it so far and for giving us a great experience everytime we visit.
Rip off, absolutely. $5.90 for a small Mocca? Come on! I have the best coffee in the City of Sydney and I pay $3 haeven at Central and they are hygenic. Not to mention that I found a disgusting hair in my bacon and egg muffin when chewing....that was horrible, never ever again.
Most pathetic service....ordered pancakes for my 3 year old and after waiting over half an hour i complaint...note it was not very busy at all and they had atleast 4 staff on the floor ..straight away the reply was 'would u like a refund' ...we wanted food, not refund, specially after waiting so long....waited another 15 minutes ...and then were forced to take the refund. Seriously bad service..
Delicious food, great cafe and nice customer service. It is so popular in the weekend, but it is worth to wait! Definitely, it is one of the best place to enjoy brunch in the town!
Good coffee and quick service. The cafe is next to a glass fenced kids play area, so great for parents to sit in the covered outdoor area and enjoy a coffee while watching the kids.
Poor portions and HORRIBLE SERVICE! Super slow and very disrupted food coming out bit by bit and wrong. if there was 0 stars I would give that! Never going back!
They can't handle peak hour rush. Long wait and incorrect order. Went on sunday around 11 and they stuffed up our order and on top of that customer service was poor, tables left uncleared and unwiped. Won't recommend to visit in rush hour
