I cant believe we didn't know this place has been here for 2 years. What a gem! Food is made with love and is absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was perfect. We also order the homemade pop tarts to take home. 5 stars hands down! You must check them out.Food: 5/5

Stopped by here on a whim and sure glad I did. Ate lunch here with the family and everything was delicious. Prices were fair and the service was very friendly. The menu options all sounded so good so a second trip is a must. 10 out of 10.Food: 5/5

I would definitely recommend this place. Coffee is amazing and there breakfast was on point. I ordered the biscuit and gravy, and every bite was satisfying. Everything is home  made and even there homemade pop tarts are amazing. I will definitely go back, staff was very sweet and the place is very clean even the bathroom. An thats always a plus for me because most don't take care of their bathrooms.

Experienced this restaurant for the first time today 10/21/22.  Absolutely fantastic!!!!! Food is superb and totally delicious!!!!  Chris Owner took time in between cooking to stop by our table to chat a little. We will definitely be returning and making it our new Go To restaurant.  Highly recommend!!!!

My husband and I ordered from door dash. Omgosh we have been looking for the perfect breakfast place since we moved here and this is it! Portions are huge and the food is absolutely delicious!! Definitely recommend! I have small hands, for reference. Middle picture is of homemade pop tart… so good!

The BEST biscuits and gravy! Customer service is also top notch, I showed the employee at the counter a coffee I saw in the google reviews and she recreated it for me, even got pink whipped cream on top. The atmosphere is calm yet vibrant and a perfect study spot.

Amazing!!! Avocado toast!  and the Best! Coffee in this whole town. It's such a treat to come here and get these.

My boyfriend and I come here often and we're in love with this place, it's the best cafe in town! We're always blown away by the taste, quality, and presentation : it's the simple things that make everything amazing and addicting.

We have passed by this place before but never stopped until today we wanted to try it.  I am so happy that we did, what a cute place when you walk in the staff are very upbeat and extremely nice the cafe was decorated very nice and it was so clean.  You order at the counter and pay for your food and then sit down I asked the cashier what those things were in the display case and they make homemade tarts and they are huge and looked so tasty.   We sat down we were brought our coffee.  The staff makes you feel like your at home its so relaxing.   It didn’t take long till our food came out I had a spinach and cheese omelette with potatoes and sour dough toast my husband had the burrito.   I usually order this omelette and it seems like no one can cook it right but this chef did a great job it was cooked perfectly and the potatoes are delicious as well.  My husband said that the burrito was so delicious.  I highly recommend this place you must try it we will definitely be back and I got the red velvet tart can’t wait to try it.  Signed The Clause’s

This place was absolutely delicious! From the smells when you first walk in, to the genuinely friendly staff, and the food - there is nothing to complain about!  Edit: Caffe Connection was recently voted #1 best  coffee and pastry shop in Hernando.
