Cafe Mez is great place. Decor is amazing with a blue color theme. There are so many options for vegetarians. You can hangout with your friends & family. Mezze platter was so good & delicious. It’s a must try. We also tried Saffron Marinated Cottage Cheese Kebab which were so fulfilling. Root Vegetables lentil Pilaf is a surprise for taste buds & comes with a mild black pepper sauce.
Love love love the fact that there is finally a dedicated place for Turkish cuisine. Special shout-out to the beautiful names of all the drinks they have. The ambience is very soothing here, the interiors have been designed quite beautifully. I was half expecting carpets to be present there too but sadly they weren’t. What we had: - Pulled chicken and hummus: Our favourite dish from this place. - Mushroom and Peppers Turkish Pizza: It was thin crust and delicious. - Sessame seeds fried chicken: The dips served with it were amazing. The chicken wasn’t as crispy as we were expecting. - Greek Fries: Never thought we would enjoy fries with cherry tomatoes and cucumbers in it but Mez converted us and we are here for it. Drinks: - Magic Carpet: Presented beautifully and the best drink there is! - Mile to the Nile - Habibi Old fashioned - Beirut Beach - Iced Tea
A fine dining restaurant serving authentic Mediterranean Food. Ambience is beautiful, classy and cosy. Courteous staff with good knowledge of the menu. ~ Mint Falafel were lovely. Delicious and portion size is good. ~ Greet Street Cart Style Fries we’re nice too. Basically Loaded fries , Mediterranean style but it was tasty. Fries are always tasty. ~ Hummus Beiruti was my fav. The hummus was creamy and made to perfection. The crunchy Fried Garlic elevated the taste. ~ Hot Paprika was another favourite from the dishes I ordered. Succulent and flavourful chicken pieces accompanied with Roasted potatoes were outstanding. What I liked about the restaurant the most is their presentation. Really really outstanding, the photos will prove that. Fresh greens with all the dishes were another plus point. Must visit if you’re a Mediterranean food lover. Definitely visiting again.
Wr visitied Cafe mez on a Friday evening and there was not any waiting for the table. As soon as we entered i was surprised to see that the Wine company and Cafe mez are interconnected from the inside. Ambience - The ambience is simple and elegant, music is not very which is a plus point. Food - We ordered the following - Spicy chicken flatbread, Chicken wrap, Chicken kebab, Babaganoush, Grilled chicken pasta, and Cheesecake Tahini on top of all of this a welcome Turkish tea. What we liked - Chicken flatbread, which is like a Turkish thin crust pizza, Chicken kebabs were sumptuous and were served with bread, yoghurt, and spicy sauce. Cheesecake was decent and served with a tahini cracker. Overall - if you really like humus, meze, and flavours of Mediterranean then you can definitely visit this place.
I was looking forward to trying out this place since it opened. And finally went here for lunch. We ordered hummus beiruti, classic pide, marrinated feta lehmacun and chicken shwarma. Hummus was ok but being a Lebanese restaurant I was expecting it to be much better which wasn't the case. Chicken shwarma was good but not authentic more like a roll. Rest of the things were good.
Pretty ambience, location is accessible as it is in cyber hub. We ordered hummus and pita bread, a kebab and Jewish pilaf. The hummus was amazing and the kebab really soft. I wasn't too fond of the pilaf but it wasn't bad either.Food: 4/5
Mez provides some great Mediterranean options. It has a very calming aura as a poised to the hustle of cyber hub with its blue and white interiors. We asked them to serve us the mezze platter which had bits of everything and was very scrumptious. One of the best hummuses I have tried. A little pricey but worth the try. They also had a good variety of cocktails so do try that as well.
The ambience at this cafe is relaxing for a quiet & private meal. Courteous staff takes good care & attention to detail for your meal choices. Recommend the Falafel Roll as it has a flavour of chickpea falafel wrapped in salad rocket leaves with pickled beet root & garnish of humus. It is a filling helping on a bed of stringshoe fries tossed in red chilli, salt & cumin powder. This is served with a tart garlic & tomato sauce. Worth a try for flavourful lunch. The Turkish tea is an experience you can have with the main course.
Cafe mez Is bridges that gap in the city of good Mediterranean/Lebanese Cafe that truly concentrated on authentic food and flavors.Food: 4/5
Wasn't too good an experience. Ordered a Mezze platter and they charged 1900 bucks for something which was quite above average. Definitely not worth that much. Too overpriced amongst Cyberhub restaurants.Food: 3/5
