Absolutely wonderful A warm greeting from each staff member who sees you which was lovely! The menu has a great array of choices, we were there for Brunch! The service was so quick, under 10mins and it was all delicious and filling! The coffee was great they use Merlo and the large is a good size! It was busy even at 10am on a Tuesday so I'd definitely recommend booking if you were planning on going during a peak time! Would highly recommend and definitely be back!
Their service was great & so fast!!! Within 10-15mins we had our order. I had the burger which was huge & tasty. My partner had chips & a toasted sandwich on gluten free bread. Recommend coming here on your way to walking alpacas or checking out wineries nearby.
Great lunch at this cafe. I had the steak sandwich and needless to say, I did not go home hungry. As it was my friend's birthday, I also ordered a piece of carrot cake. All three staff members came over and sang her happy birthday. So lovely and they were pleasant and friendly.. I booked a table inside and I am glad I did...it gets busy at lunchtime so if you want to sit inside make sure you book.
Whilst on holidays with little knowledge about the area we went out on a whim and decided to stop in here for breakfast - A choice I’m glad was made. The staff and service was friendly and warm. The atmosphere and seating was great and comfortable. It was great that the staff cared and helped customise menu items to my dietary requirements. The food was fresh and delicious. Such a gem of a cafe.
We stopped her on our way from Ipswich to the Gold Coast, a gorgeous little town. The food here at Metz Cafe was absolutely beautiful thanks guys! We'd definitely come back
Great service, lovely range of cakes and good coffee Merlo. Nice place to stop in for lunch or morning tea on a Sunday drive.
Great breakfasts, quality ingredients throughout, tasty, well prepared. Well cooked omelette, and delicious. Good coffee and fruit smoothies! Nice shady spots to sit outside, and U can take the pooch too. Friendly service and quickly serviced up. Vegetarian options: Vege Fritatta, vege Omlette
Great little gem, the service was prompt and friendly. The food was very nice even with a large table on a busy morning everything came out without a wait and was all very very good. Coffees were great too, we even went back the next day for a coffee and takeaway sausage roll they are incredibly good. Will most definitely be back again.
Everything was delicious. And the staff so friendly. Husband had steak sandwich and daughter the kids fish n chips. Can tell the kitchen has v high standards for the food that they send out and you can just taste the difference. Being from Devon myself home of the cream tea, I forever live in disappointment when ordering scones and cream, but I decided to take a chance on this place and for the first time in years I wasn’t disappointed, just wow! Light fluffy scones and although not traditional clotted cream, yummy cream and jam. We all left content, satisfied and happy. Can’t wait to return! Thank you
Bacon and eggs where superb. Though very busy service and meal quick. Lots of motorbike parking at rear. Park car at front for safety as bikes are in and out driveway. There is a kids park behind cafe too. 1 toilet on site. Very clean.
