Been meaning to go to this place for a while and I was not disappointed. The omurice was the first thing that caught my eye, but being a noodle fiend I had to try out the Soba Noodles. I absolutely loved it. The sauce had sesame oil, olive oil, tiny bit of vinegar and a hint of wasabi not at all overpowering. Totally made my Saturday.
Nice, friendly and welcoming cafe in the streets of Surry Hills. Staff were very friendly and took the time to explain what some of the japanese teas and coffees were and the muffin of the day was delicious
Lovely lunch. What an interesting menu. We had the prawn burger and the pork katsu sambo. Both fab. It’s a beautiful space with super friendly service. Loved it. We’ll be back.
Nice atmosphere and cute little café. I liked my brekkie burger with salmon but was a bit too much salt. Otherwise the menu and other things look pretty nice.
A nice place to chill. All the staff members were friendly and accommodating. Didn't expect the modern twist on traditional Japanese dishes, which I liked. But the overall execution of the dishes could be better. Their signature katsu was a bit on the tough side.

Tried the omurice and will definitely be back for more! The egg is very creamy, and the rice has a nice tomato flavour. The mushroom gravy goes well with the egg and rice. The portion was a bit too much for me, but no regrets! I took away the leftovers and it still tasted good the next day.
