I definitely would not go back. I went two weeks ago with my son for a walk at botanic garden and had some lunch, my son had kids schnitzel with chip. The chicken was raw. I felt so sick to my stomach. The three start rating is being given because they at least changed my order although I wish I got a refund instead. I think maybe the staff need a bit of a update on service during busy times.
Waited 25 mins for two coffees. Was told about a small wait after we had paid but then watched people receive their coffees well after we had ordered. In the end had to leave without our coffees or a refund
Tea like puddle water, croissant and cornflake cake both tasted stale! Will not be back here and would not recommend!
Coffee was good but very few food options. Lovely staff.
Very COLD hot chocolate, staff does not listen to customer requests, slow service, very poor customer service, not busy at all do not know why they can serve better. Honestly better to close this shop if the service is this way.
Coffee is good. Everything is priced high, typical of Cafes that have no other competition in the immediate area. I'm sure there are other business factors.
Extreamly disapointed with how poor the pricing is, $10 for a ham and cheese croissant is ridiculous, Chai Latte was poorly put together as there was powder in the bottom of the cup when finished, and that small cup cost $6.50. Great venue and beutiful scenary. Disapointed such a beutiful venue was so hard to enjoy.
I asked to warm up the brownie and they heated it too much that it melted like water. They kept the the entire card board serving tray along with the papers in the microwave.
Long waiting time to be served. Long wait to fill an order. Limited selection of snacks being offered.
Bought a hot chocolate today for $5.50 — just awful. It was not made with milk and was so watery. No milky-chocolately foam on the top. Terrible. Clearly the "barista" was just going through motions. He should be ashamed.
