Ok, so you have to stop and rejuvenate and you pop your head in at Oliver’s but your wallet has a coronary when you see the prices, what do you do? Just walk across to the F3 Cafe and you’ll find food just as fresh and healthy but at a much cheaper cost. I worked out is about 20% cheaper and just as healthy. I had a banana and strawberry smoothie and a roast lamb wrap. Awesome!! All made on the spot, no microwaving, lamb sliced off the leg while you wait, best wrap you can get and at a real decent price. The girl who served me today was super friendly and explained some of the food options really well. Highly recommended.

Absolutely horrendous. Ordered a roast pork roll and looked nothing like the advertisement. No gravy but watery swill. A lump of fat and gristle the size of my hand. And service staff that were more interested in talking than preparing a meal. For the expense prices, do your self a favour and go else where. Disgusting...
Hit and miss with the quality of food, $9.95 for this 1.5cm high, tasteless and almost rock hard warm “quiche”
I'll give 1 for effort and 1 for the fresh bun on my chicken schnitzel burger. Sadly it wasn't worth the price. It's processed budget chicken. Overcooked and dry. Wouldn't buy again. Should have bought the steak.
The Caesar salad is amazing, so fresh & consistent. The chicken isn’t dry & the dressing is really yummy. I’ve been a few times over the last 4 years and every time I’ve had it it’s been amazing. The staff are lovely too
Friendly staff, the ladies were very lovely. Thank God for this place as MacDonald's was the only other "food" option open after 21:00. Good selection of fresh foods and lots of healthy options. The vegetarian Turkish sandwich was very good.
Food is pretty consistent quality and reasonably priced. Some staff don't look super efficient but they get the job done
It's been 3 years since I've been there but here I am at the same service station and bad memories are flooding in. Worse pie I ever had in my life. Shepherd's pie. Why the dry chicken? And the canned vegetables? And overpowering taste of ketchup. Horrible
