Order a soy vanilla latte & a oat cappuccino for my boyfriend. Staff were lovely but we got home to drink our coffees they tastes a little odd. We decide to continue to drink them as we thought maybe it was just the brand of milk they used. It result in food positioning, the milk must of been off .
Great coffee and had a really nice BLAT with my Coeliac Disease gluten allergy accommodated for with care by the friendly staff. Highly recommended! Dietary restrictions: Coeliac-friendly.
I usually like this chain cafe, but I found the service here to be so poor that I don't think I'll ever come here again. The food was great. I loved the kransky breakfast roll. The sauce was delicious and the egg was fried to perfection. However, when we requested additional sausage with our other meal eggs on toast, it didn't come with the meal. When we asked about this we were told that the extra sausage was on the breakfast roll instead of being with the eggs. The cook told me to take the extra kransky off my roll and give it to my partner, ignoring the fact that sausage and kransky aren't the same thing. The cook argued with us about the missing sausage and eventually she went back to the kitchen and cooked my partner an additional HALF a kransky and served it on a side plate. For the extra money, I would have expected a full sausage. I can't believe that she would argue with us about something that was obviously their mistake.
I been coming here regular, I like the food and the asian stuff are always friendly and nice but the lady that is working today is been rushing and rude. This is the second time that she serving me I hope she change the attitude because that send customers away.
This is my local so I come here regularly. The staff are Friendly and it’s a good spot in middle of mall opposite doctors. The food is good. The beef burger is huge and so much better than grilled burgers. Also Really love the coffee

If I could give zero stars I would! I have actually been a regular customer and today was treated like absolute rubbish all because I requested my sandwich get toasted a little more. The lady that prepared the food seemed to have gotten very offended that I wanted the chesse melted a little more after I politely asked her. She toasted it more then took it off the sandwich press with her hands and started waving it around in the air say good now? Good?? She was very aggressive and I said could you not wave my food around like that and I have been watching you wipe dirty surfaces and now your touching my food. She then instructed one of the other staff to give me my money back. No apology, no offer to make a new sandwich basically got told to leave. I will never go there again! I am always polite and understanding and made a very simple and easy to fix request. No need to be treated so poorly!
Recommended this cafe for lunch today. Had good expectations from my previous visit, however was very disappointed. We ordered three dishes two were incorrect and one had a hair in it. Staff then argued the point when i mentioned what was served was wrong. As we did not have enough time to wait for another dish to be cooked we made do. However there was no apology instead stood behind the counter pointing at the docket then pointing at us until we left. The service is inconsistent and has below satisfactory customer services when it comes to resolving customer issues. I will not be recommending this cafe to anyone.
