The founders of Café Brunelli have been involved with some of the most iconic restaurants in Adelaide. Entrepreneurs in their own rights, Brunelli founders have a wealth of experience in creating unforgettable, innovative dishes and memorable dining experiences.

After introducing the wood-oven pizza to Adelaide diners in 1989, Brunelli owners found success in creating unforgettable pizzas (including the original dessert pizza),. These have been voted the best in Adelaide over a number of years. Further awards have included the restaurant and catering award: popular choice.

Brunelli founders have also had extensive involvement in charity events. Over the last decade, over 1/4million dollars has been donated to various charities as a result.

We went there for staff dinner on a Saturday night. It was very busy and there were lots of people. We were told the waiting time will be around 40-50 minutes. Because it was a staff dinner so that was OK for us. They have got great choices on the menu, also the sweets and the drinks. The food was mainly Italian, like the Risotto, pasta and wood oven pizza... but also some other food like steaks, hamburgers, salads,... The sweets include desserts like cakes and tarts, they have chocolates, and icecream as well. I had a chicken pasta dish, it was just nice. The service is friendly, the environment is good, it was just a bit loud inside. Overall a good experience. Vegetarian options: They have got some vegetarian dishes which was nice.
I went here with my mum last night on her recommendation for dinner as she'd been before and I'm glad I did. Very nice atmosphere inside and the service was great with friendly staff. We sat in a booth which was lovely and spacious. The food was exceptional, I'd definitely have that again. A great place to come to.
Negative experience at Brunelli. The cashier got our dessert wrong even though I read the name of the cakes I wanted from a picture I took from the dessert display. The person serving was rude and dismissive. I repeated our ordered and even point at the display. She told us that we had ordered the wrong thing even though the labels were clearly stated. I need to pay extra $2 for the cakes that I wanted at the beginning. I'm not being a Karen here but I'm sure i'm not at fault here. So paid the $2, the cakes were hard and lacking flavour. Overall disappointed by the poor service and lack of attention to detail regarding the labelling. I would not recommend the dessert to others.
I've walked passed so often and finally had the chance to visit. Middle of the fringe season, so I was kinda lucky. Before I ordered I looked at the reviews and wasn't sure what to think. My review won't help either. In reality it's a 3 star review, pretty basic menu at pretty high prices, good drinks selection. Good atmosphere, and I gave it an extra star because we were served quite quickly in the crazy period. We had 2 small pizzas, a glass of wine, a glass of coke and a beer $74. Was the pizza perfect? No. It wasn't bad, but there are nearby restaurants who sell bigger and better for less. Thank you for a lovely night, will have to pop by for more wine and maybe some chips they looked so good, I wish i ordered some
We have walked past this cafe many times, but finally found the right day to stop in. The staff were pleasant, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was lovely. We stopped in on a Tuesday lunch time so it wasn't too busy or loud. Service was quick. We ordered a large pizza and a side of sweet potato fries, which was plenty for the 2 of us. I had a smoothy and my son had a milkshake. Reasonably priced and centrally located. I can see why this place gets busy. We will definitely be back. This will be our favourite pizza place from now on.
Really enjoyed chicken Caesar salad, brother had meat lovers pizza, very filling, Mum had house special, very noice. Waitress was very bubbly and told us some jokes, wish there were more like her, made visit fun. Will be coming back soon.Food: 5/5
The big breakfast was awesome. Was worth the money. Tasted SO GOOD, I am so full right now. Nice service with a smile. Recommend it
visitor from Sydney here. Due to its convenient location to our accommodation, we decided to give Cafe Brunelli a try. Both the burgers and the spaghetti are top-notch here. Thank you for great feed & experience.
Enjoyed a beaut breakfast. Eggs Benedict with side of mushrooms and awesome flat white. Excellent food choice and fast delivery to my table. Recommended.Food: 5/5
I went here with my 7 year old daughter and there was a large variety of different options, along with some great daily specials. The food was super good according to my daughter, the servings were generous and the staff were very professional. I will certainly be back, i had the steak sandwich and my daughter had the spaghetti bolognese.
