Stopped for iced coffee but no ice cream in it. Had a steak and mushroom pie. The gravy was so runny it was like soup in pastry.
Awful!, flat white was only warm milk and coffee, not to mention banana bread, which was mainly flour with a pinch of banana.
My wife and I stopped at the Cafe and had the burger and fries special at lunch time. The burger was big and tasted just like burgers should and the serve of chips just as big. My wife couldn't finish her meal but I did and then didn't feel like any dinner
Absolutely fabulous breakfast. Staff very pleasant & food cooked to perfection.
Lovely and friendly staff. Crispy chips and good coffee. Whilst your there, check out the first gold mine for qld. Take a tour & pan for gold.
Rustic. No scones for advertised Devonshire tea
Turned away with my assistance dog and wheelchair and advised dogs weren’t allowed, I will be taking this to the discrimination board . I just wanted a drink as I was dehydrated whilst my husband looked around the museum. Although he also told me my husband couldn’t look around because he was closing the museum this was 10:40am yet he allowed a couple in after us.
Food was ok but took a long time to be brought out. When it arrived it was cold. Staff were apologetic and replaced the chips and offered to reheat the sweet potato slice but I decided the slice was nice, even when cold. The cafe was neat and clean. Staff were polite.
A very busy cafe, nice deck overlooking the museum and park area. So many offerings on the menu. Plenty of off street parking. Service was good. Be prepared to wait for coffee if they busy. Coffee was very good.
Lovely coffee and scones on any day trip around gympie region
