I really enjoyed my burger and coffee at Cafe 63. The waitress was friendly, the food delicious and the coffee hit the right spot. The chips were really good and tasty. It was quickly delivered so all round, I was a happy chappie!
Ordered a Kimberly and Washer as well as a Jackie Chan, all were fantastic, steak and glazed carrots were sensational and the mushroom sauce is insanely good, the frappe amazingly refreshing and crispy onion rings, will be back for sure!
I didn't have a problem with the staff, they were all friendly and quick to serve. I did have a problem with what I ordered and this is the second time I have been disappointed with my meal. The description sounded delicious, the reality didnt match. I had the Skippy Salad with a so-called Vegetable Rosti and Salad. The rosti was just ONE deep fried frozen supermarket vegetable patty which was barely 3cm thick and a small diameter as well. See picture. I only ate half as it was horrible and who knows whats in it when it's from a box?! The salad was tasty but also VERY small. For $16, I felt ripped off and still hungry. I complained to the waitress and she confirmed that it was a deep fried, frozen, processed patty. My friend had an omelette which you obviously have to make from scratch and it did look much more appetising although with not much filling. The coffee was ok. I would say just be careful to only order items that are made from scratch, although the quantities of salad leave a lot to be desired.
They were soooo accommodating as I asked for a seafood crepe,not on the menu,they made one up for me,how nice is that!my partner had a farmers brekkie,he was a happy farmer!thank you Tristian for your efficiency and friendly nature,we hope to find time to come back as we are on hols from W.A.p.s. put seafood crepe on the menu!! Please
Very relaxing Cafe staff are very helpful and friendly good food looks good taste good Very reasonable prices we have only had breakfast but want to up for tea one night
