Visited Cafe63 for a late night dessert and was not disappointed! Was given amazing service by our waiter Andy who recommended our pancakes. Our order came out both fast and fresh. I definitely recommend this place and will be back
I simply love this place, everything is impeccable! The flavor is the same at every location, and everything is absolutely delicious. The staff are always helpful and dedicated. Thank you for the amazing experience!
When the Columbus bacon steak sandwich was first launched they were great. But they are gradually getting worse with each visit, and not just at Ascot. The bacon was 50% fat which left the bread soggy with grease and close to inedible. The strawberry thickshakes were a little runny so the syrup seemed overpowering. The service was good, but overshadowed by the poor food quality.
We went to Cafe 63 Ascot for brunch. It was a busy day, and there's nowhere to sit. But their service is like second to none. They saw us coming in and litterally as quickly as possible clean an extra table and chairs ready to serve us.nnI love their menu, so varied, well priced, and different portion.nnThis time, we tried the egg benedict, french toast, latte, and hot chocolate.nnWill definitely come back to try different items on the menu.
The food options and portions are good.nThe service however is low quality and a turn off.nI had food arrive to me on a dirty plate with hair on it and the water glasses are dirty so we just ordered bottled water.we told the waitress and she took it back and I can see them talking and it seemed to me the cook was mocking me and saw waitress laugh.nThey take a long time to serve you and after dinner we wanted a desert and coffee but noone ever comes back to the table and check on us and we try to flag the staff but they are often distracted despite the restaurant being mostly empty so we have to go to the counter and say hey we want some desert and coffees.nThe chairs near the windows had a light urine smell too.nHad two homeless men come in to ask for money and noone is monitoring or providing a good service here.
