It all makes sense now - fat goose is slow! Terrible table service and food. Took 20 mins to get someone to come take the order, then another 40 mins for the sad looking food. Can you believe the coffees came after we finished food and ready to leave?? Avoid at all costs!!!
Went here this morning, the food & service was great!! Fresh, clean- a nice vibe! They cater for allergies & the staff were very nice, in particular a young man working with a mullet! Very friendly. I have no clue why the reviews are on the lower side since we had a 5 star experience!? Highly recommend . Dietary restrictions: Gluten free & dairy free options available.
Pretty good cafe in the heart of Armidale. The staff are pleasant and the coffee is really good. We had the bosciaola which was great. The pork belly pizza was a bit middle of the road. Also had the scones, which were a tad bit dry for my liking. Overall, a really good cafe experience.
Food was delicious, no fault there. The waitress/ counter girl with the nose rings, was pretty rude. Had attitude whenever she came over to bring us food and drinks. Almost like she didn't have the time of day. The barista guy was very very nice, and the coffees were great!
I wish I could give 0 star . I asked for chicken burger clearly because I follow Hindu religion but they gave me beef burger. I am chef too but I always make sure my food quality is great but on my food there was deep fried because and it was extra extra crispy and the bread was even hard to cut I am really disappointed of the food quality. Thank you

You’d be a goose not to get fat at this crossing! The zucchini muffin was UNREAL and the coffee was exactly what I needed. Delicious! The service here was super fast and our waitress was a delight. Don't know what the negative reviewers did to get such poor service, maybe you just sat there with your noses in the air and waited to be waited on hand and foot? My Brat sandwich was excellent, the very tasty cappuccino coffee arrived before my meal and the service was very friendly combined with great music. I have been coming here for many years now and have always had a great dining experience! Would definitely recommend this place! Thanks
