Terrible coffee!! Visited Cafe 1909 for the first time last week and extremely disappointed in the service and beverages served. Ordered a cappuccino and soy latte. Pretty standard and not hard to get half right. Slow service, coffees took far too long to arrive. Soy latte was scalded and the soy milk had curdled!!! Sent back for a remake which also took too long and this time came back lukewarm. Not warm but lukewarm.....It was horrible. Obviously the person preparing the coffee has no idea how to be a barista and heat up soy milk correctly. Sufficient to say we didn't try the food and we won't be back.

Good coffee. Fries are Vegan - as they dont use animal fat or fry chips with other animal products. Unfortunately we had to order extra fries after our meal at lunch and dinner when the one Vegan option, did not leave us feeling satisfied, but regardless our meals and fries were very tasty. The Wait Staff and Barista very friendly. Cafe is unfortunately not easily spotted by non-locals when passing.

Good food. Awesome view of the mighty Murray. Service could be a little better (they missed one of our orders) and faster.

Absolutely love Cafe 1909. I take my grand daughter regularly .. My friends and I love it too. Such great friendly service. Food is always great. The most picturesque view-riverboats-pelicans -beautiful Murray River. Mildura certainly has done a wonderful transformation of the riverfront area. Congratulations Cafe 1909 - you are the best place to visit in Mildura..

Serving sizes too big and food is too good. I left feeling awful because my belly was too full of amazing food. Be wary!!!
