Nice ambience and decor. Very clean. Staff friendly. Hubby and I shared a nice burger and chips here. I would have given it 4 stars however it was disappointing that they wanted to charge $4 for an plate for me. Needless to say, I used a napkin. This has never happened to us before and it soured our experience here.
Thai salad was very tasty Lemon meringue cake was yummy
Good food and very nice ambient. Staff was also very friendly. I gave 3 stars because we ordered coffees with our toasties and coffees never came. We had to get it for take away and it still took more 15min to get them.Food: 5/5
It was a quaint little cafe with good range of food. Service staff were accommodating. Food was decent, ordered the Gaelic Pizza, which was good, and the fish n chips, so-so. Nice ambience.
Amazing food and very sweet and friendly staff. We went both nights during our stay in Dunkeld. Tried the Lamb rump, days special pasta, risotto, Baramundi and meat lovers pizza. Everything was good but the meat dishes were the best ! The Norther Light pint on the tap was awesome as well.
Stopped by Dunkeld for lunch on our way to Halls Gap. I wish I could say I liked the food... I didn't really. Had the chicken parma with fries. Fries were doused with salt, lukewarm on the inside and not very crispy at all. As for the parma, the chicken and sauce was decent but the breading was kind of tasteless and overall not very appetising. Dish saved by the fried egg they top it off with, nice touch. Friendly staff. Rather steep prices. Sorry guys. Didn't really love it.

Everyone in the family loved this place! Great coffee and the best hot chocolates I have ever tasted! Great service and our waiter definitely had experience with kids! The food there is fresh and filling. Stop here if you can! There is also a gallery bursting with great paintings, from beautiful aboriginal art to fancy self portraits. There are even some amazing statues! kids especially liked the bird paintings, My favoured painting was one with magpies flying in the sky. Absolutely beautiful.
Had coffee in AM - it was OK to ordinary. Friendly staff, though. Went back for dinner in the evening only place in town that was open for a meal. Pizza was ok, chicken schnitzel was very ordinary. Good prices, though. Wine prices also very good $9 a glass. We both ordered pinot gris but what arrived was really far too sweet to be a PG. Waitress was quite pleasant but unmoved when we expressed dissatisfaction with the wine. She was probably right that the bottle was labelled PG, but might have been a bit more accommodating with polite customers who were not happy. Don't think we would go back.
Came in just as they were closing but was told the fryer was still running and that they could still whip something up for me if I wanted. Lifesavers—kept me from going hungry for the night when just about everything else in town was closed. Didn’t hurt that the fish and chips were also nicely seasoned, fresh and tasty!
