I go there regularly as their coffee is reasonable but have to say their service is very ordinary. The blonde barista even though she is easy on the eye has a personality of a concrete slab and you barely get a response. Like I said, I am a regular and giving Subiaco is not the hive of activity it used to be business’s need greater customer service .

Terrible service. Young blonde lady at the counter was obviously new. Not at all keen on her job. The other girl making the drinks was trying to train the other girl serving who did not know what her duties were. We waited long enough for the drinks. They totally forgot our food order. It wasn't even busy. Only two other customers at tables. Finally when we reminded them. The girl shrugged her shoulders. No apology was given. She asked again what we ordered. My order came out 5 minutes before my daughters. By which point my coffee was cold. Don't think we will be popping in again in the near future.

Coffee is ok (Illy) however service is just shocking. We sat down at a table on the back, there was a pool of milk on it and some mint leaves from people before us. There was also rubbish on the ground. Also the table next to us was disgusting. They brought the coffees but didn't bother cleaning. I kindly asked to wipe the table, a girl came with a lazy look and wiped it out very badly (some leaves where still on the table) and went away, leaving the table next to us completely filthy. This is not acceptable when you pay $4 for a coffee. Used to be a good cafe, I will not come back.

Really dissapointing experience at Cafe Cafe after a previous good time 3 months ago. Food took 30 minutes to get to table with only 3 tables filled in a quiet period. One meal forgotten add a 25 minute wait for this. Both coffees cold. The chicken and beef burgers were very dissapointing, chicken had bland taste, chips soggy. Nice location but wont be back sadly

Paid $17.80 for 2 microwaved sausage rolls. Which were cold in the middle. Better places out there for better prices.
