Happy with the overall finished product. We had a couple of problems with the measurements, but after taking the slab away for a trim it fitted almost perfectly. It was a u shaped kitchen bench, so was a little bit complicated and prob not as simple as a one piece. The kitchen looks great.
The Showroom at Yatala gave us thechance to see reasonably sized slabs of the many possible styles and colours was invaluable to us in making a significant decision once in a blue moon that we will have to live with and enjoy for many years. Up to this point, the small/miniature samples did not give us confidence about making a decision. We took along our chosen floor tiles and cabinet surface samples and our choice of Caesarstone bench top was easier - we narrowed down to 2/3 possibilities and the decision was made.
So many beautiful materials to pick. Showroom staff super helpful even taking us into the back store area so we could view larger samples. Stone itself excellent.
Bought through someone a kithcen company so not reviewing the showroom. The product is great. It is good that there are different levels at various price points so that you can generlaly find the right look at your budget. We went with the Georgian Bluffs and have been happy with it so far. My only criticism is that there seems to always be some sort of promotion on so if you time your purchase badly you can be financially worse off. I'd prefer it was just sold for what it is worth rather than various revolving discounts
Amazing cleaning products. I purchased the colour pure white in my bench tops. I managed to get a few stains, I bought cleaning products from supermarket that did nothing. So I bought the caesarstone cleaning kit, all I can say absolutely amazingly, I won’t bother with other cleaning products now!
My new kitchen benchtops are beautiful. Once I got used to having stone, I just love it. It is also very easy to keep stain free with the minimal amount of care required.
Really happy with our new caesarstone bench. Perfectly installed. However, going forward do believe Caesarstone company should supply the installer with the 'complimentary cleaning product' so at time of installation, they can use the product to give the customer a detailed demonstration on how to clean it correctly. Rather than we had to apply for the complimentary product and really didnt know how to use it correctly. As our bench top had a minor 'spot' on it, the repairer came and fixed it perfectly. And at the same time he gave us a full demomstration on how to maintain the stone at its. Totally enjoying the caearstone product.
Were happy to send samples so it was vital to us picking countertop products for a home that we could travel to regularly. Also provided free after sale care products which was great.
We replaced our small kitchen using Caesarstone in Snow for the benchtops and it has completely refreshed the area. It looks great, is easy to keep clean, and I'm very happy with the end result. The installation was quick and as scheduled, with the guys doing the work being friendly and professional.
Very disappointed after nearly 11years to have water stains in my caesar stone benchtop. Warranty is up after 10 years so is the manufacturers responsibility. Apparently it's a common problem
