I started going to CACI LH about 3yrs ago when I stopped taking the pill & got adult acne which really affected my self confidence as a property sales consultant & mature female adult. Olivia has assisted me throughout my journey which lasted about 6 months before my skin returned to normal & I decided to continue on a skin program for general skin well-being. I have been pleased with my skins health through regular treatments & guidance from Olivia. I’ve appreciated the way the clinic had to handle rebooking missed appointments due to lockdowns, maintained professionalism when they were probably really stressed & short-staffed. I thought about canceling my annual membership to focus on paying my mortgage but after weighing it up I realised that there is long-term value in continuing with my membership.
The people at caci clinic are great, I felt like they actually listened to me, helped me work out a great skin regime. My friends have noticed a big difference, complimenting my skin and face.. Very happy

Don't recommend. The manager Anna was scary to deal with. Made me feel like I had to join or she would yell at me. Her staff looked petrified of her and noticeably avoiding her. Started caci and found lots of hidden stuff they don't tell you till after you sign the paper. I have since left due to all the hidden secrets. I have asked for a break down of my refund and I feel like it doesn't add up. Now going to the citizens advice . I am now at a nice place that's nicer to deal with, dont make me feel presured, EXPLAINS EVERYTHING and a little bit cheaper.
Excellent and professional service. I have been going to Caci for laser hair removal and have never had a bad experience. While their laser hair removal might seem pricey you get a guaranteed 5 extra sessions if more than the initial 8 are required. Highly recommend.
I booked in for their January $50 Microdermabrasion special, I arrived to my 4:30pm appointment early and it didn't begin til 5pm ; the expierence was ok, the staff were friendly and it was pretty relaxing. However, the next day my skin broke out into a rash and still days later I've been left with red bumpy uneven skin texture and very dry skin and I don't normally have dry skin. I'm assuming I've had an allergic reaction of some sort to their products, pretty disappointed, will not be coming again.
Freindly and professional team , who really drill down to understand and then design a prgramme for what you need as an individual. Start with a facial , it's brilliant!
