Super rude when I turned up to the clinic for my first consultation with my 5 year old. As soon as I walked in the door I was met by a lady pretty sure it was the owner/manager after checking out photos on the website complaining and being extremely rude about having my daughter in the clinic. Saying things like “it's for health and safety, there's no insurance for kids in the clinic, we are about to send out a big email to all of our clients” etc etc and that id have to reschedule. At this point I was shocked and told her not to worry about rescheduling. I had no notification that children weren't aloud in the clinic and I didn't think it would be an issue as I wasn't getting a procedure done. I only wanted to talk about treatments that were available. This was my first time in this clinic and this lady was nasty and made it out to be my fault and made me feel like I didn't deserve to be there because I had a child! She let me have the consultation in the end since I was only there for a discussion. The Lady I had consultation with was lovely but I definitely felt uncomfortable after how I was met at the reception. Would not recommend caci clinic Invercargill to anyone! No customer service at all. Really nasty experience!
I chose to schedule my treatment at Invercargill Caci clinic, after having read good reviews regarding customer service experiences... Well my experience today was awful!!! I walked in greating the person at reception area with a cheerful "good morning"I recognized her as the owner/manager from their website, she did not reply strike 1 and instead abruptly asked what my name was, I then explained I had a 10.45 appoint... Another woman came out from another room and spoke to the 1st person refering to me as 'She' strike 2 "she'll need to fill out forms", neither had identified themselves or bothered to introduced themselves...strike 3.. I was given forms to fill out, as I was filling them out the second woman stood over me asked how I was going, I said I was getting there but that for certain Questions I would leave blank, one being if I have ever had surgery? Lol I've had too many to list in my life and are from years ago and not relevant to the treatment I had booked, here she got quite uppatty and said I needed to note everything down, I said I have had the scheduled treatment before and the surgery question was not relavant, here the 1st woman in question at reception said "we have the right to refuse you treatment..." Well I stood up, ripped up the questioner and left... Throughout my 'visit' to this clinic I was made to feel as if I was tresspassing!, Very unwelcomed!!! Just awful!! I was there for some very expensive treatment and am soooo glad that they didn't get a cent out of me!!! I suggest some training on customer service, treat your clients with respect, make them feel welcomed, make their 'pampering experience' relaxing and something to want to come back for more, that way your business will grow... Just saying.. I will travel up North to the lovely Clinic I have used for years, where I know I am valued customer and they get my $$$$... Please don't go to this clinic, those 2 women are Nasty
I have had the best experience so far with caci Mixhelle was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I'm so looking forward to my skin care journey because these ladies have made me feel comfortable and so at home! Thanks caci invercargill tou guys are beautiful
The girls from the caci clinic are awesome!!! They are awesome with communication Im Deaf and always looks after my needs when I go for treatments. They have become like family. I highly recommend as they teach you many things about skin and support you in how to look after your skin. - Jaime Randhawa

The team were able to squeeze me in at short notice which I was very appreciative of. They are always flexible and friendly to deal with.
Staff are very friendly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable they offer a lot of different services that most places dont have
