I would NOT recommend going there !!nI took my partner there , she required Blood test according to the so called doctor there ,nThe 3 nurses all tried to get blood out but Hardly tried!!nThe doctor had a go using Ultra sound machine and took her 6 attempts to get the needle in .nShe managed to get 40-50ml of blood .n8 days later there is still no blood test results.nAs for privacy there , they didn’t even draw the blinds closed, a young fella next to us came off his motor bike and gashed his calf muscle open ,nHe had 17 stitches in and other patients were walking passed at the time with no privacy at all .nThe male Orderly was a Very nice bloke getting people in the waiting room tea or coffee ,nThe nurses in general were very nice to talk to ,nBut that does not cover the fact of everything I’ve mentioned above .
If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in with next level terrible back pain, the Dr I seen was great, he seemed to understand and could see that i was in pain, my heart rate was 145bpm, it was not good. I told him my medical history which consists of a couple things but also including mental health. I told him the medication I was on for it and he told me he was going to give me something for the pain as my pain relief wasn't working. He went up to his Indian supervisor, I heard the whole thing go down, the kind dr explained my pain and a bit about my history, as soon as he mentioned the medication I was on, I was immediately judged and the Indian supervisor just started shaking his head saying no don't give her anything, send her home. I was then told that there was nothing they could do in this situation even after saying that we could try endone for the pain. They told me to go to the actual hospital which I thought they were there to help lighten the load of patients instead of judging people and sending them away in pain and telling them to go to the normal hospital because they think your after drugs, the amount of comments left saying they were judged about drugs, seems all they know how to do is judge people who are desperate for HELP nothing more.
I recently needed to have some stitches removed and initially went to a local doctor's practice. However, since I wasn’t a patient there, I was advised to go to the emergency department at the hospital. When I arrived at the hospital, I was told that while they could put my name down on the list, the wait time was expected to be several hours. They recommended I visit the Caboolture Satellite Hospital instead, just down the road.My experience at the Caboolture Satellite Hospital was excellent, and I would rate their service 5 stars. The receptionist was very helpful, completing my patient registration efficiently. I was promptly taken to one of the consulting bays, where a nurse professionally and kindly removed my stitches. The procedure, though minor, was handled with great care and without any attitude.nOn my way out, thenreception staff kindly offered to cut off my patient wristband, which I appreciated. They also informed me that now that I’m registered, I can attend the hospital at any time in the future, though a wait time might be expected, which is understandable for a walk-in service.nOverall, the service was welcoming, efficient, andnprofessional—a streamlined healthcare experience that would be hard to beat. Thank you to the team at Caboolture Satellite Hospital
Brilliant service and care - I brought my 80 yo mum here when she broke her toe. They x-rayed it straight away and the doctor was out to give us the verdict and treatment in minutes! So much better than waiting hours and hours in a hospital A&E!
Went there this morning for a broken ankle, everyone was amazing from triage, reception, xray operator everyone was just genuinely caring towards me. The wait time was very minimal, I couldn't fault them at all. I dealt with Richard mostly and he was amazing, great sense of humour which made dealing with pain much easier. Thank you to all the staff, management should be very proud of that team.
