Cool little museum and it’s free! A couple of beautifully restored Cable Cars, a moving exhibit showing you the old winding room and loads of photos and history. Worth a visit, will take about half an hour
Interesting museum at the top of the cable car. Free of charge entrance is more attractive even. Inside old times cable cars, some other history facts and a small store. Staff is limited, but seems ok. There is the lower part where you can see the real cables of the cable car working and moving. It is small, but worth a visit.
Such a good experience in low budget. Good lookout points, gardens and some shops at the top. There's also a free shuttle to Zealandia zoo which is a good experience too. There's a botanical garden, planetarium and some walking trails. Unfortunately it was raining and we couldn't do much. It will be a nice experience for everyone.
Great place to have a cable car ride
Free to wander 'round and check out how the Cable Car was built. Pick up a model cable car or a fridge magnet.
A lovely little museum, and riding up the cable car was fun and enjoyed walking round the gardens at the top too. Look from the view point over Wellington
Nice free admission. Explain all the history about the cable car.
It's really amazing place to be. All about history. Simply nice. You can make your own souvenir here. Also you can buy souvenirs. If groups want to go then prior booking is required here. All pictures can be clicked in old cable car which are well maintained.
It's free entry museum regarding cable car history of New Zealand. There is a theater which casting a movie about cable cars also.
