Went to this place about a month ago, when we had a rain bomb hitting us. Days of relentless rain. Arrived at the cabbage patch, and noticed water on the floor. The place was flooded, and so I looked up, and there was a gapping hole in the ceiling, with water pouring out of the roof.. On either side, were electric lights.. mmm good combination for electrocution . The roof panels had collapsed, and an old dirty torn tarp was placed over the vegies. So here you have it, dirt filth and germs were pouring through the roof, onto the food that ppl were buying, and they threw a filthy old tarp over the veg that ppl buy and eat. The selection of fruit flies was simply amazing! . Yum sounds delicious . . I seriously don't know how this place is still in business. . It's filthy, dirty, and downright disgusting . It should be condemned, pulled down and rebuilt. Why the health department let's this business to still operate, is beyond me. Those fruit and vegetables are not fit for human consumption. Buy at your own risk
Deagon's Best Kept Secret. Ready-to-Eat Samosas $1. Low Vegie prices. Although open 24/7, the Management do not advertise that fact. All you see is OPEN 7 DAYS. there is always something for sale to draw you in. 49c onions, 99c pineapples, Kg $1 carrots. today. But everyday it's different. Best time to shop is between midnight and 7 am... All the other fruiterers are only opening at 7am. Friendly Indian staff. If you are making a veggie bake, then I suggest you shop here. That is what I did this morning at 730am. car park empty. quick service. and Lastly 1 kilo of strawberries only $6. Cannot recommend it more highly.
Great Indian/Asian and fruit vegetable grocers. Sells a vast array of spices, fresh produce and ready to eat/heat fresh and frozen foods. Also sells $1 samosa. Bulk flour and rice also available. Constantly changing stock and layout of produce so there’s always a surprise in store. If you have a big family there’s bargain fruit and vegetable by the bucket load outside, but this may have a short shelf life, however good for making chutneys and jams. Nice staff.
Proud of you guys, for selling out of date juices and candies. Also, chargerd ridiculously. Also bought the veggies more than 20 times while each and every time veggies are decayed and rotten. You guys should really work on cutsomer service, food safety, food rotations and alot of things.please take this review seriously and try not to scam innocent people.
I have been coming here for years..nothing like the comments from all these Indians I have ever seen. No matter what country you go to in the world some fresh Indian will complain. No wonder ppl don't like you. This place is fine and samosa are yummy.
