Fantastic dog friendly location with well priced food. Bacon and Egg Bun was one of the best I've had. so good awesome way to start the morning. Pretty busy most of the times I've been down there, but they pump the food out pretty quickly.

I love it here it's so relaxed,  great coffee delicious fresh cakes and muffins  all served with views of Brighton Beach‍ As the saying goes... the simple things in life are often the best! And they do the simple things really well here

Perfect relaxing spot for something to eat and drink after a swim. Loved the chalk menu with all the great handmade type favourites. We had the breakfast wrap and turkey bagel both very nice, simple but exactly what you want! C smoothie was delicious + finished off with a nice orange cake and good coffee. All the staff were lovely, inviting and relaxed and loved the call out/pickup system. So happy to have found nice handmade classics by the beach instead of fancy cafe style food. Definitely be back :

Great location, one can sit here to enjoy the lovely breeze and view of the Indian Ocean. Good vibe as well, a place to meet with the locals. Pretty busy on Saturdays and weekends  Good assortment of meals to snack on, of course it is not formal dining and didn't set out to be one.  The sitting area is clean and tidy enough and the extension to the green well manicured rolling grass next to the ocean is alluring to kids.

This place has a 50s casual feel. In your Bathers straight off the beach, great coffee and milkshakes, small tables plonked on the grass, let's talk kind of place. Also public loos that are kept clean if you feel like you need to drain the 100litres of Indian Ocean out of you after your surf.  Parking: Usually don&#39;t have to wait for a park.  Wheelchair accessibility: Wide open with grassed areas.

Great coffee and friendly service but expect to wait 30 minutes at least to order and receive the coffees. Some staff need to also learn to be louder when calling out when an order is ready. Despite standing a couple metres away I did not here my name being called, perhaps because it was so busy.

I went for a coffee and a bagel, but when the waiter told me there was at least 20 minutes of wait for the coffee, I removed it from my order as I had an appointment. After more than 30 minutes of waiting for my bagel which no one would take the time to stop to talk to me. I had to leave for my appointment then came back an hour later to check in case they kept it for me, unfortunately I was explained in the most condescending manner that it was thrown away and that they couldn’t care less. No sense of customer service! At least on that day

I’ve had acai bowls here many times before and it was nice. Although, yesterday I had one and ended up with a fractured tooth that will now costs a fortune to have it extracted and an implant done. Something in the granola was so hard that BROKE my tooth! And almost broke my friends dental retention. So be careful. It’s the most expensive açaí I’ll ever have!

Such a great lunch spot.  Vegetarian options: Great set of choice so even a non vegetarian picks them

Beach view and pet friendly , perfectly positioned on a little park, the C-Breez also offer quality food and good coffee !  So what are you waiting for ?
