Great gym. Friendly and professional staff. Very good value.

Excellent gym with nice variety of training areas! Cardio, resistance machine and free weights, functional and stretching areas. Aaron was very friendly and hospitable, particularly given we were only casual visitors! Nice easy going low key gym. Will definitely be back when I am in Melbourne next!!
