First no one at the counter or in the store, anyone could have come up and taken anything, hit the bell 3 times for someone to emerge from the back, this customer service representative looked at me with distain like i was inconveniencing them, didn't say a word to me not even the basics.... Quick bit of advice if you hate people or your job that much just resign... really want to support my local but looks like I am going to go to Dan Murphy's from now on... who ever this customer service representative was they are really doing BWS and their customers a disservice
Went there tonight at about 8:45pm and a salesman served us. He was very friendly but we were disturbed at how this lady who worked with him was telling him off infront of us. No respect at all for her workmate,, I called that bullying and here in Australia bullying at workplace is a No No!! She could have done that when customers have gone but she kept telling him off when we were still trying to do our purchase! How embarrassing and so disrespectful of her! We feel sorry for that boy tonight!Management of this BWS branch you need to fix your staff to be respectful of each other!

I purchased a cold carton of Zero Great Northern here for a gift. I was happy they had it in stock. Friendly and helpful service.
First of all I walked here from the closest side street as there is usually no parking on Liverpool rd/hume Highway. I did not know it was a DRIVE IN and OUT bottle shop....with ample parking on the immediate left as you drive in which is on the left side of hume Highway as you heading in a westly direction Greenacre to Liverpool if you were heading in the opposite direction into the Sydney CBD this store would be on your RIGHT. Good limited smaller range compared to a full outlet but had what I wanted. Fast friendly service and honored the cheaper price which had a ticket under even though that promo had finished. LOVE the drive through...and service.
Really small and old sketchy staff
Opening hours say 10AM, waited until 10:15AM still not open!! I kept calling every half an hour, finally got through at 12:30PM, and was told they opened later today probably slept in
