I am a local who buys drinks from here all the time. This BWS is very conveniently placed and has a very decent variety of stuff that I need, from the regular stuff that I buy all the time, to the fancy stuff that I need for special occasions. Will continue to frequently shop here for a lot of my necessities :
I'm an international visitor and have bought drinks from this bottle shop before but today they refused to sell me alcohol because my I'd and driver's licence is not from WA. I proceeded to hand them my Australian Tafe I'd that verified my age and they still refused and said that it was invalid they made me travel 2 times home and back to verify my age by the third time they stated that I can only buy alcohol if I have Australian I'd or licence I would not recommend going to this shop because they bad mouth their customers and have bad attitudes and they lie to their customers aswell please be aware of this people
I recently called up this store and asked if they had a certain product in stock, asked if they could put it aside to which the lady on the phone said she can only hold items for 30 mins. I arrived at the store 90 minutes later and she still held it for me and had very friendly customer service. Would come back if in the area. Would recommend.
Terrible members of staff.nnThis store doesn’t even reside within the bounds of sub par mediocrity - it is simply 100% bottom of the barrel quality when it comes to customer service.nnThey remain trading simply out of the monopoly they experience within the local community.nnIf there were varied options, I’m sure that this store would collapse near immediately.
These are the friendliest and most helpful group of people I’ve ever come across in a liquor store. That might seem over the top but when they supplied all the alcohol for our wedding, it turned out to be a godsend that we chose them. I would make any excuse to go back there to give them our business and would strongly recommend that anyone else planning something in the area do the same.
