I always have super pleasant experiences with the lady who’s usually there, she’s always so friendly and has a chat with me. But there was a new bloke there tonight who refused me service because I didn’t have my ID with me, considering I come there every Friday afternoon and get the same bottles of wine. While I understand that it’s a right to refuse people who look under 21, but I’m 25 years old and I have a large number of tattoos, I also have my 2 kids with me. It’s very very obvious to see I’m over 18. This has been a very unpleasant experience to have to drive home and get my license with my 2 kids after a very long day of work. Unfortunately it’s made me reluctant to go back to this BWS if this man is on shift.
Fantastic staff - beyond friendly and go out of their way to help.
This is my local bottle-o and the staff are always super friendly and welcoming! The store layout is great and always clean and very easy to find all products. Even when I went in to purchase some items with my baby strapped to me, the staff were more than helpful to carry my items to the checkout and put them in my trolley. Fantastic service!
Girls are great here especially bex she knows how to help her customers find what they need. Clean polite and helpful store the vibe of the store is welcoming..
The staff are always super friendly here and the location is super convenient. Great spot right next to Woolies.
The staff member there was terrific, I called 5 min before they shut, she waited an extra minute for me to get there and even knocked off a couple dollars off my purchase, just her service alone will have me going back

I felt that the prices were a little high, with no good wines on special, but they were not all that special. Maybe they need to look at their pricing a little closer.
Friendly staff!! I once lost my bank card in their shop and they hunt me down and returned it..
Friendly and helpful staff, good choices and if they don't have it they will do their best to get it for you.
