Closing store before the mentioned operating hours is normal practice here. I have attended the store 20min before the mentioned closing hours but they had closed the shutter. False misleading representation and deceptive conduct regarding the operating hours. I experienced the similar issue couple of days back.
Great Customer Service provided by Robbie! Friendly and helpful in finding the Whisky I was looking for. This is a large Store with plenty of room to move around. A huge Coolroom with a great range of chilled Beer available. There is a good range of Red and White wines with chilled ready to go, including Sparkling Wine. A good variety of RTD'S premixes and Ciders. Wheelchair access is available.
07/11/2022 BWS casuarina Darwin Alas, there is no button for a Zero scale review, I was there exactly at 9:45 pm but the lady on the counter didn’t let us in which contradicts to the fact they advertise for a 10pm close, that is very unprofessional and lazy to the bone, the higher management should look into this and should cater to the locals for a very least.. Very disappointing. Please avoid patrons
Excellent store except the deceptive closing time. I am glad that I found people who experienced the similar issue here. It was once my favourite store but not anymore due to few rude and lazy staff
Staff are rude and lazy. Take your money elsewhere. The little local bottle shops have cheaper specials too
Was good .had the Beer. But no cask wine . Had to get bottles.
If you are looking for alcohol beverages at your price this is the place i recommend.
A smaller BWS located next to Woolworths in Casuarina Shops. Has everything you need. The staff are always friendly, service is fast, and they are open to 10pm most nights.
This BWS is small but has a reasonable range for it's size. Conveniently located in Casuarina. Prices are much the same as you will find at any similar store in the area though.
Well stocked, good variety and reasonable prices especially with rewards card; staff pleasant and helpful.
