Both the staff were very rude and ended up refusing service.
Walked in there today, and was totally refused service because of the company I was with, tried to understand with composure and respect as to why, but the young girl who was doing all the refusing didn't want to give me the time or respect whatsoever to even explain why I couldn't be served as I was calm and relaxed to understand, but I didn't get that. I was shocked and left very confused and very disappointed by the girl who was behind the counter. Have been going to this store for a while now. I feel as I was being discriminated against. Her actions and lack of inability to even explain to me why I couldn't be served has left me fairly unhappy.
Boys behind the counter were more than helpful to me, prices were great, certainly much better than I expected. Might be my new bottle shop in town, I'm always at the Plaza anyway
Clean and good service, but wasn't really greeted nicely as we walked in and wasn't asked whether there was something we were looking for, more customer check ups and friendlier staff would help get this rating higher.
