Friendly staff. 2 service counters, usually 1 in operation unless it's during festive leadup period. Decent sized cooler room that's big enough to take a shopping trolly and that has wide enough room inside for the shopping trolly. The address given isn't the best way to visit. Instead, go into Caldara Ave, go into the carpark nearly opposite the Engadine police station, drive all the way to the end of the carpark at the very top (first part is for the RSL and unless your an RSL member you cannot get into their exclusive carpark). At the top end of the shopping centre car park, to the left are the doors to the shopping centre and first shop to your left is BWS :-) If you cannot find a free car park in this to end area, go around the loop and back down underneath, no need to drive away empty handed!
