There is something wrong with the stores management if you read all the reviews... they just have the worst staff. A few months ago I passed my niece a bottle of spirits to hold for a moment as my hands were full... and the 2 girls at the counter almost gleefully informed me that she had touched the bottle and therefore they won't sell anything to me. So I drove 5 minutes to another store and bought it anyway... talk about stupid staff. Anyway, the bearded guy who last served me I normally avoid them but ran out of time was pretty decent but overall this shop has bad vibes.
Two separate occasions I was disappointed here. First time I asked a staff member for Heaps Normal and was told they don’t sell that.. and what is it?nSecond time, I spotted the Heaps Normal fair enough I bought some, but also bought a carton of beer at the same time from the cold room. Got it home opened it up and it was warm. How annoying. They could have told me at the till they just put it in there and I would have happily changed it. In a nutshell the staff don’t care about the customers. Go somewhere that respects customers.
The bald older fella that works there shouldn't work with customers. Disrespectful, arrogant, openly hostile. If I go past and he's serving I won't even bother going in.nEvery other staff member there is great and informative. Him yeah nah.
Old guy who works there is an absolute joke and has zero respect for customers. My wife went to use a discount voucher which had already been used and since they have changed the rules it can only be used twice. He disregarded her when she wanted to change her purchase then talked about how annoying it was to his next customer within earshot. How did he get the job??! It’s a shame because the young guy who works there is always amazing and should be promoted
Staff always polite and friendly. Steersman blonde, a good beer for its price
