Extremely rude staff. The asian man behind the counter stared at me watching me for ages, I was walking up to the counter, still staring at me, was very awkward so I started smiling, didn't even smile back or say hello when I put my stuff on the counter. Horrible man - have always come here but will find somewhere else.
Spacious and well lit store that I recommend. Pretty good range of everything, even the high end spirits like Scotch

As my local i can say awesome bottle shop the staff are really friendly and always with good recommendations with their selection

Upon entering the store, the staff member name BRIAN accused my friend of theft without any basis, and to our shock, proceeded to use offensive language towards us.nnThis unprovoked and disrespectful behavior was both uncalled for and unprofessional. It not only created an uncomfortable atmosphere for us but also tarnished our perception of the store. Customer service is paramount, and encountering such unwarranted hostility is disappointing.nnI strongly urge the management to address this issue promptly to ensure a welcoming and respectful environment for all customers. No one should be subjected to baseless accusations and offensive language while trying to shop.nnI hope that by sharing this experience, the store can take the necessary steps to prevent such incidents from happening in the future and maintain the reputation of providing quality service to its customers.
