Last year I went to an open inspection which was held by Dimitri. The property was locked, and I rang the bell but no one answered. I left and then came back. Dimitri was rushing out to get to the next inspection. I explained what had happened, and he took my contact details for a possible private inspection. I never received a call. The fact that the inspection only lasted for a window of 15 minutes also raises red flags.
