I have been through 2 legal firms prior to engaging Butlers and I have found that these guys are exceptional, and know exactly what they are doing. I have also been financially struggling and Butlers have helped me by working with me on trying to reduce elements of work where it was not needed. Highly recommend Carly from the firm, I followed her from my previous legal firm because of her excellent work, and I continue to be impressed by her and also by the support that John Butler has provided to my case! My experience is exactly the same as Donna Boyd's.  
I like the fact that while, the firm has excellent junior lawyers, John himself keeps up to date with all matters.

I often recommend people use Butlers.

The team at Butlers are all fantastic and very professional. Ronelia has been great, she has been extremely knowledgeable with the whole ordeal and I couldn't have asked for more in this situation. Definitely recommend.

During my contact with Butlers I felt at all times that all of my concerns were being listened to and my solicitor demonstrated that she had actually understood and could recall details easily at any time. I never found that I had to repeat myself or that I wasn't being heard. My Solicitor also involved John Butler when she felt it necessary which gave me additional reassurance that she understood my issues and knew when it was appropriate to involve other team members.

I always felt that I was treated with care, compassion and respect throughout the process. The Butlers team took the time to get to know me and always made sure that I was kept informed of issues and updates to my case. I particularly liked feeling as if My Solicitor and I were working in partnership, and that I was fully involved in all aspects of my case.

I have been really pleased that I chose to come to Butlers and would recommend the firm to anyone in need of a great family lawyer.

We have utilised Butlers services on a number of occasions from Divorce settlements to wills and have found them to be extremely competent, capable, caring and most importantly, willing to listen. They have also offered us extremely professional, competent and timely advice when required, to guide us in the right direction.
