While shopping at Sylvia Park I called into Butlers Chocolate Cafe. I had a wonderful piece of carrot cake, washed down with a delightful long black. I was pleasantly surprised to select a complimentary chocolate and I chose the chilli chocolate. Which was surprisingly spicy and very delicious. Because the popular cafe was so busy, seating was at a premium. I invited a wonderful couple to share my table and we had a wonderful conversation which added to the experience. Will definitely return.
Had a lovely cup of flat white while enjoying my afternoon session of Animal Crossing. The coffee was perfect and for the price you still get a choice of a piece of chocolate, compliment of the cafe. The cafe is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

My one stop shop for my morning coffee. Friendly staff and specially the manager is so helpful and polite . 100% recommended.
Portion sizes look suspiciously small, but the food is so decadent and rich that you won't end up finishing whatever you order, to be honest. Chocolate lava cake is a must have, as are their small delectable bite sized chocolates. The milkshakes were also good!
Ordered the signature hot chocolate and not only did the staff get the order wrong, the drink it self was very bland. The servers did not know the shops product and not friendly or helpful. Would not go back again.
Clean enironment. Average coffee. Good chocolate collection. Limited food collection. Service can be improved, options and costs not explained clearly in the menu nor by the staff.
Amazing food and a beautiful location makes this a one in a million cafe. Nothing is wrong about the 5 star cafe.Food: 4/5
Was hoping for really nice dark hot chocolate with chilli from a place the specialises in the stuff, but it was just a bit meh ... ok, not great. The girl serving was very nice and polite though.Food: 3/5
Haven't been to this place in a while. Their hot chocolate was good. The chocolate mousse cake was yum. We even got to choose 3 chocolates for us. Was yum all around.
