Do not us this company for urgent repairs, I've been waiting for two weeks and just been given a date a week and a half from today. Almost 4 weeks in total for a simple repair.

To Fin ,Kieran and team at butler plumbing a special thank you for a challenging job well done at our house in west preston . Having little cold water pressure in the shower appeared to be a relatively simple fix . That assumption was the furthest thing from the truth . After investigation it appeared my pipes needed replacing to improve the situation . Not an easy job in a 100 year old house . By determining how to get to the old pipes new copper pipes were put in . I was amazed at the condition of the old gal pipes. Through hard work ,being focused and working towards the end goal the pipes were replaced . I cannot speak highly enough about the team effort at butler plumbing . I would have no hesitation in recommending butler plumbing to anyone looking for a committed ,focused plumbing firm .JEFF MANWARING

Dave came out to inspect our water leak. We have had this leak for years with other companies trying unsuccessfully to fix it. Dave found the leak, fixed it and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. He was very professional, experienced and courteous. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!
