Absolutely happy with this center. My little one is learning 2 languages ​​at home French and Spanish and at the center he is learning English. Although it was difficult for him at the beginning because he did not understand English, all the educators made a great effort to communicate with him, now after a few months he understands the language perfectly. I want to thank all the staff because he has learned very quickly and every day he is happy to attend.
Busy bee is beautiful and my daughter is just two years old talking my ears off loves it even more this daycare is perfect , cultural wise , fun educational, and daughter loves her food too ! I get a tired baby after day care love that.
This place has completely tried to rip me off. I enrolled my daughter in November and was advised CCS would be applied straight away. When it came to billing time I was charged full fees each week. I was constantly calling the centre to apply the CCS with all the necessary information required to do this they would reassure me they are going to sort it. Any time I spoke with Centrelink about this they advised busy bees had not confirmed the enrolment and there was nothing they could do on their end. Come the next bill and it’s still not sorted. I ended up pulling my daughter out after 2 months as the bills were just racking up as they were not applying CCS even though every time I spoke with them they assured me they would sort it. Terrible experience with this centre.
I wasn't going to post a review but I've been screwed around for the last time. Ive been ripped off and been way overcharged and when I tried to question it the manager got frustrated and raised her voice several times. I pulled my son out as he wasn't settling very well. I gave the 2 weeks notice in writing and then they lost the letter and tried saying his end date was an extra week later. I emailed the letter and the manager said she had fixed the right end date only to find she still has him enrolled with days booked in. I called Centrelink to ask them to remove his enrolment on their end but unfortunately busy bees has to do it and they haven't even told Centrelink that my son doesn't go there anymore. My account is in credit so she said she would do the refund for me, I received another invoice for days after his end date so I emailed the manager and said she had now deleted his bookings and since my account was in credit that I wouldn't be charged. I checked my bank account this morning and of course I have been charged.nI would NOT recommend this centre at all!
We just moved to Werribee 3 months ago from the northern suburbs and it was tricky to pick as to where we would send our 1 year old daughter. Once my husband and I attended a tour with the manager, Rachel, we were instantly impressed with how well she runs the centre and enrolled within the week. Our daughter absolutely loves it here, since attending she has taken her first steps and started eating with cutlery. They are all about reaching those developmental milestones for the kids. Compared to the last childcare we sent her, they are on top of her care plan. I've never once had to remind or pull them up on how to do things. Very clean and professional childcare, would highly recommend to anyone to send their children here. Couldn't rate it high enough!
