It seems my old review has disappeared,Dr Tan was rude and did NOT do his job,he didn't listen,he didn't look at my dermis and I am still suffering....BEWARE!!
Dr was clear, concise and efficient. Treatment first class. Receptionist is a different matter. "S" was not the friendliest or most helpful i have come across before. Worrying as she is often the first person customers/patients deal with therefore the businesses representative!
Dr Tan went above and beyond in ensuring I got access to the life-changing medication I needed, and the staff have always been unfailingly courteous and helpful.
I am surprised why people are giving it 1 star. Absolutely fantastic service. Dr. S Tiwari is simply brilliant in her job.. Receptionist was friendly as well.
I was very satisfied with my visit and the proposed treatment. Dr Tiwari is a very professional, no nonsense doctor and a kind person. Reception Staff was also very friendly and efficient.
I would give no stars if I could, horrendous cost for a really simple procedure with no indication of what the cost is going to be. The staff are nice but that is about it...shop around people!
Front counter receptionist sue was very rude kept hearing the word I don’t know from her. Seemed like she didn’t know anything. Doctor himself was good.
