There is absolutely no chance of picking up Covid from us, our customers are loving it. We have been operating for over 39 years, which in car rental is a long time. The reason is because we have all new cars at very reasonable rates, with outstanding customer service. We are often highly praised in all aspects of our car rental. This is often the difference between whom you choose for your car rental experience. Hopefully we can continue for another 33 years and serve all of Perth in our unique and efficent manner."

Most excellent car rental company. Was attended to by Trisha when I was making my pre-trip preparations and she was most helpful and patient in answering all my queries. On the day I collected my car, everything was done fast and smoothly and a female staff apologies for not asking for your name was most helpful in helping me familiarize with the functions of the car. Lastly, dropping off the car at the airport was a breeze. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who's looking to rent a car when they're in Perth.
The best value car rental we could find in Perth. Great service, low km hire car. Very polite and helpful. Called us a cab to the airport. Would definitely use them again and have recommended to friends who have already booked with them. Far better than the big names.
This is the friendliest, most competent, well run Car Rental firm we have ever dealt with. The car was clean, ran very well, so easy to pick up in Burswood even a bit early & drop off at Perth airport with perfect instructions to do so. No grumpy staff, no making you feel like they are doing you a favour letting you have a car, just fabulous. Trisha was very helpful & always answered emails straight away. Cost was exactly what they quoted, seamless interaction with everyone in the office. Burswood Car Rentals is exactly what all car rental firms should be & the ‘big’ name ones should take their example on how to interact with customers. Highly recommended.
Great experience all around with Burswood Car Rental. Burswood Car Rental was responsive to my queries on WhatsApp that provided much needed comfort until my booking. I knew a helpful person called Debbie and I also know many different staffs took turn in responding to me - so great teamwork all around to help your customers! The car pick up and return were a breeze. The car was 20,000km new as well. Baby seat that I requested was also clean too. I highly recommend Burswood and will gladly use them again!

Rented an 8 seater people mover from them yesterday, the 18/01/23. Polite, informative and efficient service from the young girl that assisted me. Beautiful near new car, that drove like a breeze, without any issues. The only problem was with the GPS unit, which they immediately replaced upon me returning it to them. Luckily, I was still in the Burswood area to drop it off, but then it’s probably my fault for not checking it straight away? Highly recommend this small family business, to anyone thinking of renting a vehicle
Our experience with Burswood Car Rentals was great. From the time of booking to time of returning the car, the communication was friendly, prompt, clear and everything was as described. The ease of pick up and return were a welcome relief after long days of travelling with a very tired, small child! Much cheaper than hiring From a company at the terminal. We will definitely use them again when we are next in Perth and fully recommend them.
We were in Perth early this year and we used Burswood for the first time. We've received excellent service and the communications was very clear. The car was clean and almost new. Having driven the car from Perth to Augusta and back - we've encountered no issues. Thanks Burswood team for making our WA trip enjoyable, and safe. I will definitely see you again when we come back.
The online booking was easy and everything was super quick at pick-up. Being able to drop the car after hours at the airport allowed me to make the most of my time away and with no need for the cost or time involved in taxi's or transfers. The car was new condition and no issues at all.
I came to burswood after seeing the wonderful reviews in Google. I hired a dual cab Toyota hillux UTE on 18/05/23 for a day. And they gave me a new truck. So I did even go for a supreme cover insurance on additional payment. Everything was going smoothly till I returned the UTE on the next day. Mrs Debbie hope that's the name found a damage on the back sticker of the UTE. I'm enclosing the pics of the same. So after a chat they decided me to charge a damage fee of 48 AUD + GST. So in the end of the day I am paying much more than what a bunnings or any other store would have offered me. That too after taking a premium insurance cover. THAT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.
