I recommend Burraneer Bay Family Practice to everyone. I have been a patient there for the past 32 years and over that time I have had the upmost highest level of care. Everyone from the office staff to the nurses and doctors they are all so kind, caring and friendly. All the doctors there are professional and have incredible knowledge. Lucy France is my doctor, she is truly so kind, understanding, caring, compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. She is beyond patient and has a calm manner. Lucy takes time to listen and is extremely thorough. Her empathy and genuine concern for my health is incredibly reassuring and she always makes me feel so cared. She has an excellent bedside manner and that always makes me feel comfortable.
