Had all I wanted and two-three items were readily available by request from larger stores in the cities, so good to have a store nearby with the goodies I needed for a ocean crossing.

Can't really rate it, even though on their website they said they were open, when we got there they wouldn't let us in the store, due to not enough staff. Update your website people, the cost of fuel is too high to just go for a drive now.

We had a small issue with an item bought 4mths ago from a North Island Burnsco and spoke with Neville at Waikawa about it.He promised to liase with his boss and get back to us.Very pleased with the service and outcome. Part was replaced and 1 very happy customer.Would definitely recommend this store and Neville was true to his word.
Excellent service and so quick. 36 hours to Feilding. That's pack, despatch and delivery .thankyou.
