It's great going into this post office run by a very friendly couple. Always ready to help you with a smile. Though I don't live in the area anymore, I still go there because of their great service.
Has been our local post office for quite a few years-always received excellent service.
We've had years of brilliant service from this family run post office. They've always been incredibly helpful, polite and professional. I've witnessed them many times over the years helping their elderly customers with incredible patience and understanding.

On both occasions when I spoke to the rude and impatient staff member he didn't help me much at all.
Great little local Post Office. Small enough to remember me every time I come in to pick up a parcel. Just wish it was open at 8am to get parcels before work.
Always really friendly and helpful. Anybody complaining about lack of organisation probably hasn't taken in to consideration that the post office has been there for decades and doesn't have the space to deal with the fact that people order huge amounts online and then aren't home to receive their packages.
Limited hours. Only 1 person working Saturday is not enough
As with most Aus post outlets very very difficult to deal with or ask questions. The staff tend to assume everyone should know about post and how things work. Wish I could say I wouldn't be back but there isn't any other options
