Airy quiet appealing informal ambiance good food fast friendly service. Burnie breakfast is tops excellent fresh orange juice. Definitely recommended. Only possible criticism is limited breakfast menu but good choice on lunch & dinner menu

This is my favourite local restaurant - we came because they cater to coeliacs better than anywhere in Sydney, but we are there for breakfast or dinner almost every week because the food is delicious and the service is great.
As always, Burnies is locally owned, family run. provides quality food and is a crowd-pleaser for anyone needing to cater for a celiac needing to eat Gluten free in the Eastern Suburbs.
Good, straightforward food done perfectly. Coffee is excellent barista is very sweet, and the owners and staff always give great service and are very friendly. I recommend the Eggs Burnie poached eggs with Bernaise sauce, spinach, and potatos with the cured salmon.
Great French toast, coffee and quick service.
