There is incredibly fine sand. The ocean was very wavy, which was good news for surfing, but disappointing for those who came to swim. Parking and Toilets are located right at the entrance. It is a beach where you can have a great time.
Burleigh Beach on the Gold Coast is an incredible destination with beautiful views, especially during sunset. The beach is a great spot for surfing, with perfect waves for all levels. Families will love the playground nearby, providing fun for kids while adults relax. The ocean views are stunning, creating a serene atmosphere for everyone. Plus, the area is surrounded by fantastic restaurants, making it easy to grab a delicious meal after a day at the beach. Burleigh Beach truly offers something for everyone.

I live at Burleigh and it never has a bad day.. The Beach is beautiful, great surfing and always somewhere to get an awesome meal
One of the best and least crowded surfing spots, which also features a very family friendly patrolled beach. The Kiosk is the choice for getting a coffee here. For surfing the point works well and is especially protected in high southerly wind conditions. The paddle out can be a little long, if you're confident with a rock entry, you can make your way up the heads - don't slip!
Visiting from the UK and a local recommended this beach for surfing, great beach spot, toilets and showers to hand too which make it’s convenient, free parking right on beach front and a few shops, coffee, ice cream etc around the area also. Lifeguards all around so felt safe whilst my son tired out surfing with his hired board.
Possibly the best beach I've ever been to. Amazing sand, water and even parking. It really is a beach paradise.
5 stars not only for the beautiful view, but also for the wonderful people here always smile to strangers and open minded. PS: No creepy staring like what I experienced in Sydney, respectful and friendly environment.
Think lots of locals & backpackers love this beach. It’s too busy for my liking. Today early evening, it was lightly raining. Great views to surfers. Really awesome seeing kites.
A nice beach along the coast of queensland. Came here during our stay at gold coast. Memorable time with family
